Although I saw this some months ago, there in information in here from Drunvalo that might be of benefit to people wanting practical information without he fluff and ype that can offten be associated with various spiritual and new age teachings. Drunvalo has a physics background which gives him a mroe practical approach to esoteric information. If it helps, great. If not, let it go..

Let me say up front that the whole "2012" theme is NOT the end of the world. It is a shift in counsciousness. The outter world will reflect your inner attitude. Thus, if you are heart centred, grounded, have a good attitude towards yourself and others, you will be fine. As the old phrase goes, it is an inside job.

is important to understand, as Drunvalo mentioned, that all the information avbout the Mayans in recent decades has not come from the Mayan council themsleves. Not one word. It came from scientists, historians, religions, researchers, paleontologists and common people interested in the Mayan teachings. As interesting as it has all been, not one word was offically sanctioned by the Mayan elders.

Given his work with various indigenous cultures around the world, (including the Native Americans, Moari, Mayan and others), Drunvalo has been given permission by the Mayan elders to speak for them and release some of their ancient wisdom.

In the videos below, Drunvalo mentions the much talked about "3 days of darkness" that humanity the the planet goes through, according to the Mayan's own history expeience, it is only about 30 hours.

Is this true? I don't know. However I am a practical person and I look at it this way. If we DO go through this 30 or so hours of absolute darness, then you have now been warned. If we do not, then no harm done This is no different to you carrying a spare tyre in you car. If you get a flat you are prepared. If not, no big deal.

So, take the information belo at face value. If it turns out to be true, then you are not surprised, if it turns out to be not true, for what ever cosmic reason, then no big deal. Simple.
